BISHOP MITROPHAN AT MONASTERY MARCHA
ON PALM SUNDAY
Richfield, OH – His Grace Bishop of Eastern America Dr. Mitrophan officiated at the Holy Hierarchical Divine Liturgy on Sunday, April 16, 2006, Palm Sunday, at Monastery Marcha.
During this past Lenten season the sisterhood of the Holy Archangel Gabriel has been grateful to V. Rev. Zvonko Kotorcevic who has served the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts on Fridays while Rev. Zivojin Jakovljevic served on Wednesdays. Additionally, Rev. Drazen Tupanjanin served liturgies on the Saturdays of Lent. They are also grateful to Fr. Dragomir Tuba who served Vespers on the eve of the Annunciation, to Fr. Theodore Jurewicz (ROCOR) for serving Vespers on Sunday evenings, Fr. Milorad Orlic who served Vespers occasionally and also the Canon of St. Andrew the Crete as well as V. Rev. Rodney Torbic who heard confessions.
While Fr. Zvonko Kotorcevic serves regularly on Sundays at the monastery the sisterhood were joyous in welcoming His Grace, the bishop, for the great Feast of the Triumphant Entry of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ into Jerusalem.
