New Marcha Monastery celebrated its heavenly patron, the Holy Archangel Gabriel, this year as well.

The Hierarchical Divine Liturgy was celebrated by His Grace, our Eastern American Bishop, and father, Kyr Irinej.

Clergy from the Metropolitanates of Australia & New Zealand and Montenegro & The Littoral, as well as from the Diocese of Eastern America, concelebrated at the Festal Liturgy.

The mixed choir of the monastery under the direction of Professor Dr. Nikola Resanovich responded to the liturgical petitions.

During the Liturgy, Bishop Irinej deigned to ordain Predrag Lemajic, subdeacon at the New Marcha Monastery, to the rank of deacon.

After the Sacrament of Holy Communion, the Rite of the Patronal Feast was observed with the traditional procession around the temple and the blessing of the Festal Bread – Slavski kolach.

The Sponsors – Kumovi of this year's celebration were the Grahovac family, George and his mother Danica, from Columbus, Ohio.

The fellowship continued with an Agape Meal, which was prepared and offered for all present as a gift for the repose of the soul of his deceased father and benefactor of the monastery, +Kosta Papich, by Mr. Milosh Papich with his family from Akron.

Манастир Нова Марча и ове године прославила је свог небеског заступника, Светог Архангела Гаврила.

Свету Архијерејску Литургију, служио је Његово Преосвештенство, наш Епископ источноамерички и отац, Господин Иринеј.

Саслуживало је свештенство из Митрополија аустралијско-новозеландске и црногорско-приморске, као и Епархије источноамеричке.

Литургијским прозбама, одговарао је мешовити хор манастира под управом професора др Николе Ресановића.

У току Литургије Владика Иринеј благоизволио је рукоположити у чин ђакона Предрага Лемајића, досадашњег ипођакона при манастиру Нова Марча.

После Свете тајне Причешћа, Литија је опходила храм и потом је уследило ломљење славског колача.

Кумови овогодишњег славља била је породица Граховац, г. Ђорђе и његова мајка Даница, из Колумбуса.

Заједничарење се наставило трпезом љубави, коју је за све присутне припремио и даровао за покој душе његовог почившега оца и добротвора манастира, +Косте Папића, г. Милош Папић са породицомиз Акрона.
