On April 9, 2023, Palm Sunday, Great Lenten Vespers were celebrated by the clergy of the Cleveland Deanery of the Diocese of Eastern America, with the blessings of His Grace Bishop Irinej. The host pastor was Very Rev. Protopresbyter-Stavrophor Mijoljub Matic, Parish Priest of the St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church in Broadview Hts., Ohio. The guest homilist was Very Rev. Protopresbyter Dragoslav Kosic, Parish Priest and Dean of St. Sava Cathedral in Parma, Ohio. A Lenten Agape meal followed, prepared by the St. Petka Circle of Serbian Sisters of the St. Sava parish.
