BISHOP IRINEJ VISITS SAINT SAVA PARISH IN MCKEESPORT
The Sunday of the Prodigal Son was indeed a special one for our St Sava Parish today.  Our Archpastor and Shepherd, His Grace Bishop IRINEJ of Eastern America, led us in the Holy Matins and the Divine Liturgy on Sunday, February 20, 2022, and with our beloved St Sava Choir singing so beautifully with responses, led by our talented Nicholas Medich, it was truly a memorable occasion.  His Grace moved all with his Homily on the theme of “Freedom and Humility in Life”, and left all in attendance inspired!

After the delicious luncheon downstairs in the Church Hall, prepared by our St Sava Women, His Grace fielded a Question and Answer session with such Grace and expertise to share his gift of knowledge for all those in attendance. The St. Sava Parish Community is truly grateful for experiencing a glorious day in the long legacy of our St Sava Serbian Orthodox Church of McKeesport-Duquesne, Pennsylvania. To our beloved Bishop IRINEJ, many thanks, and our deepest appreciation for Your Archpastoral Leadership and Love for us!
